![]() I can see the printer on my router admin screen so I think it's connected to the router but it seems there's some other communication issue because the printer status is "Offline" even though I can see it is on. 3Duty cycle is defined as the maximum number of pages per month of imaged output. The blue wireless light continues to flash on the printer and it remains in offline status on our laptops. Configuration tested: LaserJet Pro M1212nf MFP printing simplex on A4 paper. I have confirmed 2 times that I am using the correct passphrase using auto configure and advanced manually during the software setup process. Run the wireless network setup to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase. ![]() The passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match exactly. The Troubleshooting section says "Your wireless router requires a WPA security passphrase. Ran the network test and I see it's failing on Security. So I updated the firmware on the printer - nope. When I uninstalled and re-installed the printer software (From HP Site) I got the following message: So with that connection I downloaded and used the HP Print Doctor - all shows good. I connected to the printer via USB and it works directly. ![]() A couple days ago we lost connectivity with our printer. ![]()
